Long Sessions: Most therapists offer 50 minute sessions where you barely get comfortable before you have to leave. Sessions with me go for 90-minutes to 2-hours to make sure you never feel rushed and that we get results in every session so that you make real progress.
Kinesiology: No one knows the depths of their own unconscious, so it can take time to find the root-cause of your issues. I use techniques from kinesiology to help bypass the conscious mind so that we can go deeper quicker and together we will address the real issues holding you back from the first session.
Guided Journey Through the Unconscious: Once we discover where your issues are, I will help guide you back to the root-cause of your trauma so that we can address it and process it for lasting change and relief. The process is gentle and safe and you go at your own pace – you are always in control and in charge.
Curated Homework: At the end of each session, I will email you some articles or videos that will help you with whatever we are working on at the time. This is completely optional but many people find that understanding their psyche at a deeper level really helps them on their journey.
Tracked Progress: At the start of each session, we will track how you have been feeling over the past week. We will talk about where you’ve been struggling and where you have been feeling better. We do this so we can see how your body and unconscious are healing and where we need to spend more time so that you get the most out of your sessions.
You’re Not Alone: No one should go through therapy alone and you can contact me between sessions. You can get in touch anytime and I will help you through your journey.
